The terms and conditions stated below apply to all parents and guardians. By enrolling your child or accessing our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Philosophy of Education
Parents agree to support the Islamic philosophy in educating their child.
2. Child’s Attendance
The child must:
- Attend all lessons and classes regularly.
- Join all required school activities, events, and trips.
3. Orientation & Extra Tuition
The child must attend the yearly orientation (Ground Rules) and any additional tuition required by the school. Extra tuition fees may apply.
4. Medium of Instruction
The school may use English and Malay as the medium of teaching and communication.
5. Progress Report Day
Parents are encouraged to attend report days (twice yearly) to review their child’s progress with teachers.
6. Absence from School
If the child is unable to attend, parents must inform the school before school hours begin on that day.
7. Safety & Security
Parents must:
- Accompany the child to the gate until received by staff.
- Collect the child personally or authorize a designated person with an ID tag.
8. School Hours
Parents must send and collect the child on time. The school is not responsible for children left before or after school hours. Late pickup arrangements must be made with the campus manager and extra charges may apply.
9. Child’s Health Information
Parents must keep the school updated on the child’s health conditions, illnesses, or medical history.
10. Pre-existing Conditions
The school is not liable for harm or injuries caused by the child’s pre-existing health conditions.
11. Medical Emergencies
In emergencies, if parents cannot be contacted, the school may send the child for treatment at the parents’ expense.
12. School Liability
The school is not liable for any harm, injury, or property damage unless caused by negligence of the school or its staff.
13. Illness Policy
The School will not allow a child to attend school if:
- The child is unfit to attend due to illness.
- The child has a contagious condition.
- There is an outbreak of a contagious disease at the school.
14. Dress Code & Hygiene
Children must follow the dress code and maintain good hygiene (clean attire, hair, nails, etc.).
15. Non-compliance with Dress Code
If dress code is not followed, the child may not be allowed to attend classes until corrected.
16. Personal Belongings
All belongings must be labeled with the child’s full name. The school is not liable for lost items.
17. Parent Liability
Parents are responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused by their child.
18. School Regulations
Parents and children must comply with all school regulations, which may be updated from time to time.
19. Variation of Terms
The school may amend Admission Terms at its discretion.
20. Condition of Enrollment
Continued enrollment depends on compliance with all Admission Terms.
21. Promotional Materials
School brochures, prospectus, and website content are for information only and are not legally binding.
22. Suspension or Expulsion
The school may suspend/expel the child if:
- Unable to participate in curriculum.
- Breaches Admission Terms.
- Jeopardizes safety or school integrity.
- Fees overdue for 2 months.
23. Admission Requirements
Admission is conditional upon:
- Completed registration form.
- Full payment of registration and initial fees.
- Approval by the school.
24. Accuracy of Information
Parents must ensure all submitted information is accurate. Documents remain school property.
25. School Fees
Parents are aware of fee schedules and due dates. Fees may change at the school’s discretion.
26. Payment of Fees
All fees are payable in advance and must be settled promptly by the due dates.
27. Withdrawal Notice
Parents must give one (1) month’s written notice before withdrawing a child.
28. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
29. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds (if approved by management) may take up to 60 working days to process.
30. Late Payment
Late fees will apply. Non-payment may result in barring the child from classes or eventual expulsion.
31. Misconduct Towards School
The school reserves the right to seek legal or police protection if parents/guardians harass or threaten the school.
32. Learning Materials
Parents are responsible for purchasing materials not covered by school fees.
33. Mode of Payment
All school fees must be paid in Ringgit Malaysia through the School Management System using FPX or credit card. If there are technical issues, the School may provide alternative official payment methods such as QR code or payment link. Direct transfers or cash payments are not accepted.
33. Media & Publicity
The school may use photographs, videos, or recordings of the child for promotional or publicity purposes.
34. Communication with Parents
Official communication may be delivered via:
- Hand-delivery during drop-off/pick-up.
- School notice boards.
- Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.
- School social media pages.
35. Updates to Information
Parents are responsible for ensuring that all personal and child’s information in the school management system is accurate and up to date. Any changes (such as contact details, address, or medical information) must be updated by the Parents in the system as soon as possible to ensure the School has the latest information at all times.
